Effective September 13, 2026. This policy describes how Diem handles information collected through d13m.com. It does not describe the separate Diem Assessment service at assess.d13m.com.
Information we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, work email, company, and message. We may also receive basic technical information needed to operate and protect the site, including IP address, browser type, device information, and request logs.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, discuss potential services, operate and secure the site, prevent abuse, and understand general site usage. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We use service providers to host and protect the site, process contact-form requests, and measure site traffic. These may include OpenAI Sites, Cloudflare, and Google Analytics. They process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Cookies and analytics choices
Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Accept analytics.” If you decline, we do not load Google Analytics. We store your choice in this browser for six months. You can change it at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page. Declining or withdrawing consent does not prevent you from contacting us.
Essential hosting and security services, including Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact form, remain active to operate the site and prevent spam. Our contact form uses Resend to deliver inquiries by email. Withdrawing analytics consent stops future analytics collection from this browser and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not delete information already collected.
Retention and choices
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing work@d13m.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.
External services
Links to other sites and services are governed by their own policies. The Diem Assessment is hosted separately and may have additional data practices presented within that service.
