You may use this site for lawful purposes and to learn about Diem. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misuse contact forms, or use site content in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
Information and inquiries
Site content is general information and is not professional, legal, financial, or security advice. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship, confidentiality obligation, or commitment to provide services. Any engagement requires a separate written agreement.
Intellectual property
The site's branding, design, text, graphics, and other original content belong to Diem or its licensors. You may view and share links to the site, but may not reproduce or exploit substantial portions without permission.
Third-party services
The site may link to third-party services, including the separately hosted Diem Assessment. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, or privacy practices.
